Ultrasounds, Xrays, CT scans and MRIs can be done at the Radiology Departments of the following Hospitals:

We will fax the order to the Central Scheduling Department (Fax: 877-330-1387, Tel 855-445-2205) with your contact information and email you a copy and they will contact you for an appointment. If you don't hear from them in one week, please call the Central Scheduling Department or call the Radiology Department.
